1、 Scope of Services and Acceptance Terms

1.1 This website (hereinafter referred to as the “Platform”) is operated by [Zhongli Exhibition International Co., Ltd.] (hereinafter referred to as the “Company”), providing exhibition design, booth construction, material production, and related consulting services.

1.2 Users accessing, browsing or using this platform shall be deemed to agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please immediately stop using the services of this platform.

2、 User Responsibility

2.1 Information Authenticity

Users must ensure that the submitted exhibition name, venue information, design requirements, and contact information are genuine and valid. The losses caused by false information shall be borne by the user themselves.

2.2 Document Compliance

The logo, promotional copy, and other content provided by users must have legal copyright. If disputes arise due to infringement, our company has the right to terminate the service and pursue responsibility.

3、 Design and Construction Terms

3.1 Scheme Confirmation

Users need to confirm the design draft in writing within 3 working days. Failure to provide feedback within the deadline will be considered as default approval.

After the design draft is confirmed, if modifications are required beyond the scope of 3 free modifications, a standard fee will be charged.

3.2 On site construction

Users need to ensure accurate booth size and venue restrictions (such as height limits, electricity usage regulations, etc.) are provided.

The secondary construction costs caused by incorrect site information shall be borne by the user.

4、 Payment and refund

4.1 Payment Method

30% of the contract amount needs to be paid as a prepayment before the project starts, and the final payment should be settled within 7 days after the exhibition is completed.

Support bank transfers, credit cards, and third-party payment platforms.

4.2 Refund Policy

Design phase: Advance payment is non refundable.

Construction phase: If the project is cancelled due to user reasons, the material procurement and labor costs incurred will be deducted from the advance payment.

5、 Intellectual Property

The intellectual property rights of design drafts, 3D models, and other achievements shall be transferred to the user after the user pays the full amount.

Without the written permission of our company, users are not allowed to use the design scheme for other exhibitions or commercial purposes.

6、 Limitation of Liability

6.1 Force Majeure

If the service is delayed or cancelled due to force majeure such as natural disasters, epidemics, or changes in venue policies, both parties shall negotiate to resolve the issue, and our company shall not be liable for breach of contract.

6.2 Compensation for Losses

Our company is not responsible for indirect losses (such as loss of revenue during user exhibitions), and the compensation for direct losses shall not exceed 50% of the total contract amount.

7、 Privacy and Data Security

The use of user personal information is subject to the Privacy Policy, as detailed on the dedicated page of this website.

8、 Amendment and Termination of Terms

8.1 The company has the right to revise these terms at any time, and the revised content will take effect after being published on the platform.

8.2 The continued use of this platform by the user shall be deemed as acceptance of the revised terms.

9、 Dispute Resolution

9.1 This clause is subject to the laws of [Cina].

Any dispute that cannot be resolved through negotiation between the two parties shall be submitted to the court with jurisdiction over the location of the company for litigation resolution.
